Sometimes in this industry it is very easy to lose yourself. It can get beyond hectic and crazy and you’ll be dealing with everyone from bridezillas to demanding designers to long work hours never knowing if you can make it to that dinner you planned with a friend. You will be run down yet will be constantly on the go. Just remember to take time for yourself and breathe. Read, paint, or simple lay on your bed staring at your ceiling. Anything to bring you back to reality.
